The response time and communication had room for improvement during the time of the deposit and when I found out the vehicle had been delivered to the dealership from a third party. I ended up getting my own financing since the finance department couldn't beat a rate I found on my own. There were some communication issues with the transportation company and misinformation from the dealership I wish I had known beforehand. Full payment was due when the vehicle was picked up from the lot, not upon delivery. They were also a day late and asked me to meet them across town last minute when I was told it was being delivered to my front door. Overall I would recommend this dealership if you need a new vehicle, but talk to the transportation company before they pick up the vehicle if you are getting it delivered. More
