I was very dissatisfied with the service at Miracle Chrystler. the sales manager repeatedly gave us low offers for a trade-in vehicle and even quoted that the "Market had changed" when we tried to nego Chrystler. the sales manager repeatedly gave us low offers for a trade-in vehicle and even quoted that the "Market had changed" when we tried to negotiate a price for a second time when we were given an even lower quote for our trade-in than we were given less than a month prior. the vehicle we intended to purchase was previously a rental car with over 50K miles and was listed well above similar vehicles found online with fewer miles. It wouldn't even start for a test drive without going into the service department for a new battery. I took my business elsewhere and got a better price for our trade-in by $3000. and bought a vehicle with fewer miles and in better condition for less money. I have bought 4 vehicles from the Miracle Ford or Chrystler dealerships but probably never will again More
