Brandy and Mario went above and beyond to make this a smooth and quick ordeal for me. I had never dealt with this issue before, especially with a new vehicle. For the amount of work that had to be done with my truck, Jeep Miracle expedited the parts and service work and had my truck back to me in MI within a short timespan. I work as an insurance agent in MI and I will be recommending my hundreds of customers to Jeep for any future purchases and will advise them of the great job they did. This place lacks communication and doesn't do right by their customers. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonota with about 60K miles on it. When driving off, down the interstate, it came to my attention the back p their customers. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonota with about 60K miles on it. When driving off, down the interstate, it came to my attention the back passenger window rolled down, but not up unless directly from the door.. no biggie. We called, they said to mention it on our 1st service appt. So come about 6K miles later, we take the car in for service, tell them about the window and also about a check engine light that was popping up a code for a sensor. The Mechanic, MARIO, came and showed us the broken sensor and said he couldn't fix it that day and they didn't have any loaner cars. Mind you, this sensor was affecting the transmission, ECU, and a lot of other things. We told them this was happening and we were afraid it would mess more stuff up driving it broken. The Mechanic proceeded to tell us to find it ourselves and fix it. My husband asked wouldn't that void the warranty - MARIO proceeded to chuckle and say well.. if you don't tell them, they won't know... Needless to say, we did NOT fix this sensor. The Hyundai dealerships were so backed up we couldn't get in for 2-3 months. Finally, my husband called and name dropped - Low and Behold - They came, picked my car up and dropped off a loaner. They replaced the sensor and to no surprise, it had actually caused a chain reaction - they sent it to the hyundai dealership. Once they fixed something, they figured out something else in the chain was broken too - Now it has come to the Wiring Harness that is about $4k to fix - The warranty said no, even though we have paid for the HIGHEST warranty you can get and this ALLL started with a Sensor that was BROKEN that the Mechanic said to drive with it BROKEN until WE fix it or until we get in with the dealership. We told them this was going to cause bigger issues and now I've been in a loaner for over 6 months, paying almost $650, for a car I don't even have... Every time my husband calls, he's promised a call back - He NEVER receives one. HE has to try and Chase THEM down so he can figure out what they are or will do for us. At this point, I have lost faith in EVERY one there - I even had (supposedly) the head guy there, Ben Harvey, call me and reassure me they'd take care of us - Now we're over 6 months later, I've never heard from him again and now we're at a stand still with this car. I will NEVER recommend ANY one to buy from this place. If they had done the RIGHT thing to begin with, we wouldn't be having all these issues. I didn't have that car much past it's 1st servicing and have been paying for it ever since and they don't seem to care ONE LITTLE BIT and this just is NOT right. Not good customer service or support AT ALL. So WARNING to Every One - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
