I was really impressed with the environment at Miracle. Most dealerships I have visited in the past they are very pushy and Impatient. At Miracle me and my wife felt very comfortable. I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and also spent over $2,000 in accessories from the parts department. I am so disappointed in the parts department. The employees are rude and didn’t even also spent over $2,000 in accessories from the parts department. I am so disappointed in the parts department. The employees are rude and didn’t even want to help me carry out what I ordered. They also could not locate what I ordered after they told me that it came in. They told me on Saturday that they couldn’t find it, but that they would locate it by Monday and call me. Based on how horrible my entire experience has been with this dealership, I was sure they would not call when they said they would, and of course they have not called. If I don’t keep calling them, I would not hear from them again and they would just keep my money. This dealership also does false advertising. When purchasing my Jeep, I asked the dealership to honor their website offer of $600 off because I have a Sams Club membership. They refused, saying that they have intended to remove it from their website but haven’t removed it yet because it is maintained by a third party. The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because the salesperson did a really good job. More

We are returning customers, who had moved back to the area, kinda (Bowling Green,KY)! When it was time to look at trading in my car, I was hoping that, at least, a few of the people we had dealt with in area, kinda (Bowling Green,KY)! When it was time to look at trading in my car, I was hoping that, at least, a few of the people we had dealt with in the past were still at the dealership, but before making the 80 mile round trip, I was determined to have all my financing completed online, Andrew reached out to me, and went to work, before I knew it, it had been handed over to Chris Austin, who recognized our names on the application and it was done. We hadn’t been to the dealership in 9 yrs, but somehow Chris remembered us! That is what you get at this dealership, it truly is a family and once you’re part of it, you’re never forgotten!
