Well I walked in was greeted by a nice young lady and asked what I needed I proceeded to tell her she told me the wait time and directed us to the waiting room. They had fresh coffee and granola bars and the place was spotless. Before I knew it everything was done she came and got us and we were off. I am impressed at the service advisers are all women except one and they are extremely friendly. I have been driving Jeeps for the past 44 years and this is the best service I had ever had on vacation this dealership lives up to its name MIRACLE they are outstanding. If I lived in Tenn I would use them all the time since we are a Jeep Household and service like this is very rare. More
