Awesome Experience This was truly a great experience. I was recommended to talk to Rich by a few different people, most importantly my attorney. I am currently in a Chapter 13 and my car had become expensive to fix, so I was desperate to get a new one. Knowing my credit would be an issue I was nervous I would again end up with a barely working car and paying far more than a brand new car would cost. Rich listened to my needs and helped me to not only stay within my budget but found a newer car (4 years old) that is in perfect condition! It is the first time in 20 years I have been excited about a car. I knew he truly cared about me as a customer the first time I went to the dealership and he didn't have any options. He could have stretched it all out, as some with less integrity would do, and made me pay more or put me in an unsafe or older vehicle, but instead he said, not yet and a couple weeks later called about the Toyota I was able to purchase. Rod was my sales person, and again he showed tremendous patience with my situation, and answered all my questions. No one was pushy or treated me like less than a person because of my credit or for being a female (which sadly a lot of places still do). I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone needing a car regardless of your financial situation. I was treated with compassion, respect and honesty. That to me means they have a customer for life! More
