Bought a newer car from here. I had gone around and been given the run around from several different places. I filled bankruptcy and these dealerships were sending me approval lett I had gone around and been given the run around from several different places. I filled bankruptcy and these dealerships were sending me approval letters out the yang. "You're approved for this car" i get there and its the old bait and switch. Ugh like really. So i contacted Rich Craycroft at miracle because i saw a car i just had to have. He said no problem. Well after being let down so many times before i was erie. He told Bobby to take me for a drive in it. I knew that was the car for me. Bobby reassured that Rich would make it happen, but in the back of my head still was just like "yeah right But fun to dream". As we pulled back in from the test drive Rich had informed me i was approved. I was astounded!!! I'm now enjoying my little r/t avenger and will purchase my next vehicle from them as well. It truly was a Miracle at Miracle Chrysler. A couple days later it proved that even after i bought the car Rich and Bobby was still working for me. They got my payments lowered after the fact because he was still looking for the best deal. Alot of people say this and that. But Rich not only kept the payment as promised but added an extended warranty, maintenance plan, and GAP. He believed in me.
