Went to visit this dealership on new years. I was told due to my particular trade in situation to wait till Jan 6th! Totally fine but on Jan 3 I get a text from the other salesman saying due to new incentives that they could make the vehicle I was looking at work, So I call him he tells me hey let me ask my manager if I can come get u in the glady and we can get ur jeep from discount tire n talk at the dealership ill call u right back.. cool i start getting ready ( they did a soft pull wed) I got the alert. ) he tells me he will call me right back. Next thing I know im getting alerts “left and right they’re dragging my credit w diff banks ! W out me there or calling me back then texts me I need a co signer and they’re only offering me 16k which is terribly low to begin with black book average is 19k .. it’s the same situation the older guy said wed that’s why he said to WAIT because 25% off msrp would take the heat well so instead of waiting like his senior counter part drug my credit so instead of waiting like he was advised he started dragging it credit I had no idea he was about to do that, very sneaky . Sales staff was nice professional and worked hard to get me a good deal. How ever the vehicle i purchased was a dealer demo and has some miles on it which is fine but they did not even rotate the tires or c me a good deal. They did correct this free of charge just feel like it should be noted in this review. Also be aware that if you are buying a new vehicle from this dealer they do lojac tracking,nitrogen in the tires and ceramic coating on all new vehicles you will pay for it regardless if you wanted it or not. They did help me on the cost of it as I didn't want those options but was already done to my new jeep. All in all not the worst dealership experience I have had but not the best.
