I have not yet been to Miracle because I connected with them thru an online service (available to all for free). I have, following good straightforward conversation with them via phone, ordered a Durango them thru an online service (available to all for free). I have, following good straightforward conversation with them via phone, ordered a Durango with my specific choices. They have explained the process which includes honoring the program price that I came with. There is a dealer added document fee that is less than others and rebates have to be active on delivery date, not ordering date. And now I have to be patient for about five weeks while my Durango is "built". I am very pleased, so far, with this way of doing business, and will comment later about the pick-up process so that others can be confident in this approach if they wish. More
