Took my truck to have oil changed and fuel filter replaced. $610.00 and I have 0 confidence in the service. Fluids were not topped off. Back of the front seat when I picked it up was laying all the replaced. $610.00 and I have 0 confidence in the service. Fluids were not topped off. Back of the front seat when I picked it up was laying all the way back like someone had been sleeping in the truck. When I got home I got a notice that one of my rear tires were flat. Very difficult to get intouch with the service writer. On my invoice was declined services for brake fluid leaking and transmission fluid leaking. Neither are leaking and was not connected about it. Service writer assured me that they weren’t leaking. Also recommend service of coolant flush, transmission service, brake service, fuel service, (even though it was just done that day) throttle body service. I have just had these services done about 15,000 miles ago. This is called trying to rip the consumer off. I feel I could have gotten better service at a quick oil change place. I have spoken with the service writer and am waiting for the service manager to contact me. Seems they have a new service manager that doesn’t give a crap about the customer. Service was done on 1/08/25 and today date is 1/16/25 so they have had plenty of time to respond to me. STAY AWAY. NO OWNERS DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. They have my number and I am not hard to get ahold of. More
From the start: I called to make an appointment, easy enough, but I had a question for the service writer. I was transferred to one and had to leave a message. No return call. Called again the next day a enough, but I had a question for the service writer. I was transferred to one and had to leave a message. No return call. Called again the next day and had to leave a message again. Chose not to. Day of appointment I received a call about picking up my truck for service which I gladly accepted. He was able to put me in touch with the service writer as I had not received a return call. My question was answered. My vehicle was picked up for service, serviced, and returned promptly. Communication during this process was flawless. Upon receipt of the paperwork I noticed it said that I refused services. This was confusing because i did not physically or verbally refuse any service. This information/services needed was not communicated to me in any form during the service appointment. Had I known I would have authorized such services. Overall the service provided was acceptable, but could have been excellent had the dealership communicated with me better. More
Took my vehicle here to have them take a look at it. According to the paperwork I received back. All they did was check the fluid level and ran a scan of the obd 2 port since there was active codes pres According to the paperwork I received back. All they did was check the fluid level and ran a scan of the obd 2 port since there was active codes present. (Check engine light on). Then they made their recommendations. They gave me a price for the recommended work at a little over 4100 dollars. I declined for them to do the repair. I feel the car isn't worth that much. Long story short. They charged me over 254 dollars for about 5 to 10 minutes of work. To tell me everything already knew. My advice to anyone thinking about taking their vehicle their for a diagnosis don't! Save yourself a lot of money. Buy a code reader and Google the codes or look the codes up on YouTube. Or you can go by an auto parts store and they can read the codes for you. Chances are, there is information available in relationship to the codes that showed up. That you can possibly fix the problem yourself or give you more information about whether getting it fixed is worth it. More
