Tammy Morrison was the best sales rep from 11 companies that we visited as well as 2 months of internet searching. My husband said to state she was professional and had knowledge beyond expectations. I rate this company a 4 only because everything can be improved but really I would rate them a 4+ or 5- as they were exceptional. i originally wanted a build sheet for a new vehicle which Tammy did -matching my build on the internet while explaining the process. We looked 2 months on the internet and went to 11 dealerships including Honda, Hyundai and settled on Ford. We did not purchase new as a used model with less than 40 thousand miles fit our family better.
