What started off badly turned good. After work done to my Maverick for a recall, the passenger seat belt was jammed. I called 3 times and only got an automated answering machine. They came to my house to get the truck, repaired it and returned it without fuss. I still hate the automated phone system, but they did a good job fixing the problem they created on my truck. More
