We were on a cross country trip pulling our travel trailer with our 2010 Ford F150. When we broke down 50 miles east of Gallatin. As a former auto technician and now service manager I was a bit on edge about getting my truck fixed. I swallowed my pride and called Gallatin Ford, they were very helpful understanding and willing to help us. Kenneth my service advisor committed to getting us in and a diagnosis within 24-48 hours. Less than two days later we had a diagnosis and a repair path. The team at Gallatin Ford worked hard to get us taken care of and back on our trip completing the work in a reasonable time.. We even had new tires installed and their prices were very very good. I was even able to pick out the exact tires I wanted vs what was on hand. Service is a messy biz but they made it less so and that is no small feat. . Communication was excellent via text and Kendra was super in securing us a rental car while we were in service. My only wish would have been to have my truck washed after spending just short of 7 grand. Attention to detail is important and getting washed after a big repair and new tires would be in order.
