We found the vehicle we wanted and were disappointed in the process to buy. Double talk. Just say the price and that you can’t offer any discounts. That would have saved a lot of time. Had an appointment to get keys made and programmed to my truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back and when they got to me they told me it would be 30 minutes to 1 hours tops. I waited 2 hours and 22 minutes for them to get the job done. Turns out the appointment is just with the person who writes down what you come in for. Very dissappointed that I had to wait so long for keys. Would go somewhere else next time. More
