Great Facility and Great Service I have visited this facility three times now for regular maintenance and a minor issue with my fuel door. This dealer is new, clean, conveniently located, and they got their work done on my car quickly each visit. Getting an oil change with this dealer was actually half the price of the chain shops that I used to visit, and much more reliable to boot. Grace Copeland helped me out with this and was very accessible. Todd Yates helped me out with my fuel door issue that was covered by my warranty and made as quick and painless as possible to get fixed. Even though the dealership did not profit from fixing my fuel door, I still felt welcomed and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them for both of the visits. Todd let me know that they have a loyalty points system through their app which makes things even better! A+ to Todd and Gallatin Honda for great customer service. More
