I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership and this review only relates to the recent appointment for an oil change. When I pulled in the service check in area, no one came out to greet me. I had to go inside and wait while the guy shuffled some papers. He then checked me in and offered to include a car wash which I accepted. He said it would take less than an hour and I said I would wait. He didn’t text me like they had in the past and that was unusual. I waited an hour and went to the service tec area and saw my car in the completed area. I have no idea how long it had been finished. Austin wasn’t around and I waited 5 or 10 minutes and Rodney said he would check me out. The oil change was a few dollars higher than quoted but under $10 more so I didn’t mention it. It shouldn’t take an hour to change oil. I should have been advised when the service was done. I am considering going to an oil change place next time. I have had oil changes done at Honda service for all the Honda’s I have owned but the ones done at this place take way too long! More

Only know this dealer for service but have had great experiences in the service department. They excel at communication with you while your car is under the care of the technician.
