I have been going to Galleria Chevrolet since 2020 when I bought a new Silverado. The initial sale went great, quick, easy, and no surprises. It started there but let me tell you folks, the service departmen bought a new Silverado. The initial sale went great, quick, easy, and no surprises. It started there but let me tell you folks, the service department is top notch! I take my both of my trucks here now, great advisors and fantastic techs. Can’t say enough good things but I’ll tell you this, if you go for service you won’t be disappointed. No Chevy dealer in the metroplex can touch their oil change prices. Call around and check for yourself. No I don’t work there and no they didn’t compensate me in any way to say this stuff. I’ve had nothing but good experience with them and I hope you do too. More

My 2012 chevy equinox was having some major issues back in 2017, it had many recalls. I took it to another chevy dealer and they gave me the run around. Fast forward 2021 I took my car to galleria Chevrole in 2017, it had many recalls. I took it to another chevy dealer and they gave me the run around. Fast forward 2021 I took my car to galleria Chevrolet. After continuing to have some major engine issues. They said before i pay a thing they were going to do a full inspection and contact GM. Not only did they honor the recall, they contacted GM and got the entire thing covered. Marc in the service department is top notch. He really worked with me to fix the problem and was upfront and honest about the entire ordeal. Found out he is a fellow veteran and it makes more sense now as to why he is so respectful and honest. This is a service department that puts the consumer first. It is nice to be seen as a person and not a dollar sign. This Chevrolet facility is the only place i will go to , to have my car serviced. You know you are getting valued as a customer and honesty all around. 10/10! More

I was skeptical about this dealership by reading some reviews but boy was I wrong. I traveled from Sherman to (60 miles away) and was expecting to be disappointed. When I arrived the salesman greeted me quickly and was working with another customer but got another salesman to help me rite away. I know I won’t spell this name correctly but Kamari was very knowledgeable and probably the easiest salesman to work with ever. The finance guy was in training but fortunately the main guy was there to help him. The process was a little long but I got exactly what I wanted down to the color and floor mats ,which I was not charged for. I will be back… More
