When I picked up my car after a door latch was replaced. I was told two different stories at the service desk. First I was told that only the one side door latch was replaced. Then Another person at the des I was told two different stories at the service desk. First I was told that only the one side door latch was replaced. Then Another person at the desk told me that all four latches had been replaced due to a recall by Ford Co. The paper work shows only one was replaced. Therefore, I am not certain if the safety recall was actually done or not. If we have another latch fail, I will be able to determine if the recall work was actually completed. More

Overall, the dealership and service techs are good to work with. However, they are extremely pricey. Quoted me $12k to replace a transmission on a 2019 escape. Had not used the pickup and deliver option before. I called, to set it up. They text me on the day and picked my car up. I was called to let me know what was needed.
