I dealt with Jacob Leiting. He was rather new but seemed to know what he was doing. I did have wait about a half hour while he helped another customer with her purchase from a few days ago. Other than that he was very professional and fun to talk to. My favorite salesman, Buddy no longer works there so that was a huge disappointment. I will definitely go back to sexton as this is my 3rd vehicle bought from them.

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.

I was skeptical to say the least about going to Galesburg Ford. I had found Scott's posting online and really wanted to look at this Buick Envision so I took the chance and I am sooo Glad I did.. Scott is the Best.. He was so easy to talk to as soon as I met him..he was very adament that he make sure he told me every detail he wanted to behonest and have no surprises. I told him the payment I would be comfortable with and he told me he would do everything he could to get it there and he did. He was serious when he needed to be and a jokester when he could.I just meant him yesterday and feel like I've known him for years. I am so Happy with my trade. I personally met the GM, The Finance Guy, a couple other Dealers and the Accountant and They were all so pleasant and Genuine. They gave me top dollar for my car, stayed late to accommodate me and everyone went out of there way to make this my Best Experience and it was!!!
