Service department needs better communication. I had an oil change done and nobody informed me I could pick up my car. The next day I got my car and my paperwork said my rear brakes were in the re I had an oil change done and nobody informed me I could pick up my car. The next day I got my car and my paperwork said my rear brakes were in the red but nobody told me. Now I have to take it back in and be without my car for another day when it should have already been done. The GM called me to apologize but I did not yet know about the brakes. I believe in second chances but not thirds. More
