Every place promised they could help me and I would go through all the steps, only to strike out. Then thankfully I found the team at Galles! They where fantastically friendly and super helpful without making me feel uncomfortable pressure or frustration. I think because they have been in business for over 100 years that is why they understand the everyday "working man/woman". They have the most lenders to choose from and for someone like me who is rebuilding my credit, they found me a lender and I left there with a vehicle I wanted...my new beautiful red 2015 Chevy Trax! DARREN has absolutely no interest in helping us buy a new car! we were so outraged by his behavior, we told him off, complained to the gm, and walked out! he lost a valuable customer that walked in very happy and excited about buying a new car! this schmuck needs to learn how to treat people! next time, you show people respect darren! shame on you! stay away and buyers beware! he literally told us he didn't care if we bought a car from galles or not! showed him kindness and respect and all we got in return was insults and atrocious behavior! On the straight and level interstate of Montana, where the speed limit is 80 mph, she gave us 32mpg!!! I am totally impressed with this Malibu and with Galles Chevrolet!! My husband and I did experience an issue at Gallas however they took good care of us once they were made aware of the issue. My biggest concern was having a safe spacious vehicle for my family and I received that. The general manager was awesome and got us an amazing deal on are new car, helped us with our trade in and even got us a good warranty on our new car. The vehicle I wanted was a bit out of my reach but they made it happen. The GM provided great service and got us out the door in no time. Our story goes to show that Galles always takes care of their customers. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and am blessed to have a safe car to commute in with my daughter. I would defiantly recommend Galles as a family dealership. More
