I'll try to be objective. I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated by the service department. I'll try to list xxxxxxand cons Pro: my car got fixed. I think Pro:they washed my car before returning it Con: I spent north of $20000 with this dealership to get my car fixed. A majority of the cost was labor. For the job that was done, multiple diesel mechanics (3 in the Albuquerque area) quoted me 25-40 hours of labor. Galles charged 60 labor hours bringing the labor costs to $13000. I went with Galles because they quoted me the shortest time but didn't honor even that Con: they didn't offer me even an Uber to and from the dealership... even though I spent 10s of thousands of dollars. Not even going to mention what happened when I asked for a loaner. I spent $2000 on a rental Con: I would've only spent $1500 on the rental had they had my car taken care of in the time they quoted me. Not only this, I had to contact them multiple times to see where we were at in the process of completion. Matt in the service department laughed at me when I asked how much longer would it take. Then proceeded to tell me that other people need work on their cars too. I could go on but I'll be brief: I was treated like dirt and I question their billing practices. I'm sure they do not care but I will not be doing business with Galles ever again under any circumstances More

Went with my sister to get a car after her brand new car was totaled. This place charges a $7500 markup. They’re absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy there and will tell everyone else not to.
