Appalling customer service Worst customer service ever. I bought a used car from them (Richard Molina), arranged finance and they agreed to transfer my personalized plates to th Worst customer service ever. Two months later I hadn't received the registration so I called. They said they had given the DMV the wrong address and the plates had been returned to them. I asked them to rectify the address and include my own plates on the registration (as promised). I didn't hear back for another 4 months so I called and they said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to go to the DMV (which is closed because of Covid) and make the changes they had promised they would do. I'm now driving a car with no registration documents. Appalling after-sales service. More
