I had a great buying experience at Galpin and particularly with Gabriel. Gabriel was very welcoming - we arrived 1 minute before closing but he made us feel welcome and like there was no rush. When I was ready to come in and buy I expected some kind of hassle (hidden fees, pre-installed dealer add ons, etc) and told Gabriel I don't want any of that. Zero surprises - I paid exactly what I expected, got the promotional financing, etc. No hassle, no hard sell on an upgrade. Gabriel's manager even sent me an uber so I could drive the car home easily. I would emphatically recommend this dealership and Gabriel in particular. More

Absolutely 100 percent disappointed. I found the truck on their website for $73 but once I set up an appointment to drive two hours to see the truck they took the truck off their website I found the truck on their website for $73 but once I set up an appointment to drive two hours to see the truck they took the truck off their website, red flag. I thought that was weird but I kept on driving. I get there and the price went from $73 to $153 and they said we can work on that price…I couldn’t believe my ears. I told them that the website said $73, they then told me that they don’t know where I got that price from, as if I made it up. They denied the website price until I was able to provided a screen shot photo of the truck showing the $73 price, man am I glad I took that snap shot. They basically presented a price and changed it when I got there. Absolutely shady, I would never buy from these people. Oh yeah once I provided the photo they stopped talking to me. My name is Cristian Escoto and I would like to share my experience with Galpin Ford. I have bought three trucks from this dealer and all three have become faulty after I bring them for the first oil change experience with Galpin Ford. I have bought three trucks from this dealer and all three have become faulty after I bring them for the first oil change. It has been the same story. I pull out of the dealer and drive the truck for a couple of months, no problems. I get a call from the dealer that the first oil change is due. I bring it. I drive off and 'check engine' light comes on a few days after. That's where the experience gets worse with customer service not answering calls, truck staying there for weeks without an update and I don't hear anything until I make many attempts. I'm told nothing is wrong but, unfortunately, the fix is not permanent and 'check engine' light comes back. I would like to speak to the owner of this dealership to help fix this last truck I bought as I had to tow it last night and I'm just not getting professionalism from employees. More
