I knew that I didn't want to be treated like a walking number and Abe made me feel comfortable and was very patient and so very friendly. He answered all of my questions and was honest about my situation. No runarounds. He helped me through every step of the way, allowed me to test drive two vehicles so I would be able to choose the perfect car for me. Which I did! New Car Lease It started with a quote. Out of the 5 dealers we emailed to get a hard copy quote, Zack was the ONLY one that gave it us. The others only sent gener It started with a quote. Out of the 5 dealers we emailed to get a hard copy quote, Zack was the ONLY one that gave it us. The others only sent generic numbers and asked when we wanted to come to their location to discuss our options. Not Zack. He followed up with a phone call and answered all of our questions about models, pricing, procedures and just general questions. He had all the answers and then took the time to send us another quote for a different model. There was no uncomfortable hard sell nor did we feel pressure to make a choice. Zack said "I am here to help you get in the car of your choice and when you are ready, please call me and let me know. From there, we were sold on Zack. We knew when we got to the Dealership we would be in great hands with someone we felt we could trust. This was important to us as it has been 20 years since we bought a new car. When we got there, we saw Zack and asked him if was working with someone else or if he had time for us. His reply was "I am working with you" - Awesome!!! From there, it was smooth sailing. We added extra's, took them off, and Zack crunched the numbers with lots of patience. If he was working with other people, we did not know it as Zack made us feel like we were the only people in the whole dealership when there was about 60 others. We finally got to our budgeted numbers, did the test drive and Zack showed us how to to use things in the car, liking syncing phones and explaining the features these new cars come with. Zack made the whole experience fun and exciting, which we are very grateful for. We have nothing at all to complain about. The ease of the experience in buying our new car has made us love the car that much more. It is what we will pass on to our friends and family if they are looking to buy. Zack really deserves a 10 start rating :) More
