Galpin listens to customers I love Galpin Honda! When I was looking online at different dealers and their inventory I always filled out the questionnaire with my email (my prefer I love Galpin Honda! When I was looking online at different dealers and their inventory I always filled out the questionnaire with my email (my preferred way to communicate) and a phone number with SPECIFIC instructions to call after my business hours and within seconds I would get calls from multiple people at the same location. I would immediately disqualify that car as an option because I didn’t want to be contacted during my busy work day. I felt they didn’t care and just wanted the sale.. BUT galpin took the time to listen to my request and I set up an appointment with Brian Hernandez. I knew exactly what I wanted and Brian was more than happy to help. I knew I had limited options based off my credit and down payment situation and Brian got me exactly what I wanted as far as payments. He totally made the whole car buying experience so much easier! He was super friendly and took great care of me! I love my new car!! He also called and wished me a happy birthday which was a nice touch! I have some family who don’t even remember!!
