Horrible Customer Service By far the worst customer service my husband and i have ever experienced. They were rude, and gave us a hard time because we had outside financing and did not want to go through the dealer lenders. We found a better package on the same make and model we wanted at South Bay Ford Lincoln for less money and with less miles. No issues there. More
