Customer service I bought a used Scion from Galpin Vw about 5 or 6 months ago which included a full service check list. Today I went to another place to get my first I bought a used Scion from Galpin Vw about 5 or 6 months ago which included a full service check list. Today I went to another place to get my first oil change. They showed me I did not have an air conditioner filter so I paid $40 to have one installed. I immediately went to Galpin to see if they would give me all or part of the $40. I was expecting some or complete push back. Tim the GM overheard me and came over and within 2 minutes I had the $40.
