I had so many questions because I myself had little to no knowledge of cars. At times I even came close to giving up on purchasing a new car, that is, until I took my first step into the dealership and met Blanca Lopez. Blanca explained everything very clearly and answered all questions I threw at her. Even though they were simple, repetitive and confusing questions, she was always optimistic and assuring me that I would get the best possible treatment with her. She never got annoyed once and was helpful through the whole process, accommodating every concern I had. Today is November 8, 2016. I have had my 2016 Honda Accord Sport for over 4 months now and I can’t begin to tell you how happy I’ve been over that time span. Thanks to Blanca, I was able to fulfill one of my dreams of getting a brand new car and walked out the dealership with information about cars that I’d never known before.
