This man treated my parents and I like family and worked overtime searching high and low to find a car that was just right. Originally looking for a used car, I found a 2014 CR-V at Galpin Honda and contacted them via their website to make sure the car was still there. I received an email confirming the cars availability along with a contact name and number so that we could set up a time for a test drive. I placed a call to Victoria and after a brief discussion about what exactly we were looking for, she mentioned that they had a great deal going on new 2016's. The price was right, under MSRP and in the price range we had been finding for used 2014's and 2015's. We set up a time for a test drive and in the meantime, she emailed me the price quote we had discussed and the name of the sales associate. Two days later, email in hand, we met with Nancy Trujillo. Within an hour, we had driven to the overflow lot, found the car we liked, taken a test drive and returned to the dealership to start the purchase process. Nancy was helpful, attentive, willing to answer any question and very personable. While we met with Oliver Lopez in the finance department, Nancy made sure the car was spiffed up, ready and waiting for us. I have never enjoyed car buying in the past. I am not a person who likes to dicker about price. This process was painless, the price quoted in the email was what we paid, no haggling, no pressure, no surprise fees. Not to mention I am now driving a brand new CRV and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Victoria, Oliver and especially Nancy for making this car buying experience painless and pleasurable. More
