Very Hospitable Purchase Experience Excellent buying experience. I used the AAA website and spotted a used Honda Fit at Galpin Honda. I made an appointment with Michael Fogelman. Michael Excellent buying experience. I used the AAA website and spotted a used Honda Fit at Galpin Honda. I made an appointment with Michael Fogelman. Michael had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment about two hours later. I decided to buy the car. The AAA discount on the Fit was better than I expected. Although the car buying process is a long process, Michael took me to comfortable chairs to wait. He checked in with me regularly to let me know the status of my paperwork. He always offered to get a refreshment or pizza while I waited. Other Galpin employees periodically came by to make sure that I was comfortable. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas upon delivery. Before I drove the car off the lot, Michael sat with me and explained how all the electronics worked. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
