Customer service jackpot I had been in search of a car for my Mom as a birthday present and shopping around in car dealerships can really make you jaded to the experience. I w I had been in search of a car for my Mom as a birthday present and shopping around in car dealerships can really make you jaded to the experience. I walked into Galpin Honda and was greeted by Luis Nava. I promptly informed him of what I was in search of and he completely understood where I was coming from (wanting something safe but also comfortable, and within my price range). Luis was patient with my endless questions and concerns. My mom doesn't really need the extra features so I knew I wasn't going to be loading my purchase with a lot of the extras. He made sure to present me with multiple options/features anyway just to make sure I was aware of the choices but NEVER did I feel like he was just trying to "make a sale." He really took the time to make sure the car was meeting MY standards. Such a refreshing experience. We test drove a couple of the models and I almost felt guilty saying no to the first car but Luis quickly offered another car to look at. I left with a new Accord that day and I still can't believe how hassle-free of an experience that was. I will definitely make this my first go to place when the time comes to buy/lease another car in the future. Best customer service from a dealership in a long time. Ask for Luis! More
