Started rocky, ended excellent!! I was approached by Jorge Sanchez and he made my experience a great one. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was happy with my choice. He was patient with me and really made me feel like he was looking out for me. He even did me a favor by talking with my grandma in Spanish so she could understand better.
