When I chose my pre-owned Honda Civic I gave this rating because everything from the paperwork to picking up the car to receiving the registration when smoothly. The representative I had ( I gave this rating because everything from the paperwork to picking up the car to receiving the registration when smoothly. The representative I had (Silas) was always available to answer questions and most of the time anticipated them for me and answered before I even asked. The paperwork was sent to my address and after I signed everything all that was left was the pick up and receiving the registration. Pick up took less than thirty minutes and was very reassuring should I have any problems (I haven't.). I received the official registration within a week and a half of picking up the car. A lovely experience all around. More

AMAZING SERVICE OLIVER LOPEZ!!! First and foremost, OLIVER LOPEZ IS AN AWESOME SALESMAN! I went in with my friend on Saturday and I'm so glad he approached us. He saw us enter an First and foremost, OLIVER LOPEZ IS AN AWESOME SALESMAN! I went in with my friend on Saturday and I'm so glad he approached us. He saw us enter and I was looking at the black Civic EX-L in the showroom and we started talking. He's such a pleasant person to work with, and honestly I was a bit worried I was going to have one of those "pushy" salesmen to deal with. I'm a first time buyer but I've been in many dealers before for family members buying cars and damn they just want to make a sale. Oliver is amazing! He made me feel comfortable, we talked on the way to see the cars in the other lot, he found exactly what I wanted and we took it for a spin. And just to let you know, there was two cars left with the preferences I wanted that day. He did some searching! (THEY HAVE A HUGE LOT! COME HERE FOR ANY HONDA!) Once that was done we had to crunch some numbers. This is where I was a bit worried thinking that I was going to be pushed around. I was SO wrong and Oliver made every minute of the sit down worth while. The whole time we were making the deal he was thinking about me. I could tell he actually cares about his customers and he has a big heart. We talked about finances, we shared some laughs and we had fun! I didn't believe I was making a car deal at all (you know that feeling you have when you're out with your friends and life is good.... yeah that's what happened). I can't thank this guy enough, I'm so happy he was my salesman and this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I GOT THE CAR I WANTED AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I GOT SCREWED. (seriously....that's what happened....I'm not lying) Anyone reading this review should go see this guy. He's a GEM and I drove to work happier than hell this morning because this guy and GALPIN HONDA MADE ME A DEAL!
