Great Experience I purchased my new Honda Accord from Galpin Honda. Jayce Ruiz, the sales person, was very helpful. Since this was the first Honda dealer I went to, I purchased my new Honda Accord from Galpin Honda. Jayce Ruiz, the sales person, was very helpful. Since this was the first Honda dealer I went to, I wanted to shop around to see if I could get a better deal. I came back the next week and bought my car from Jayce. He called 2 days later to see if I had any questions. I bought the fully loaded one with navigation, so of course, I had questions. Today I went over to the dealership and he explained how to enter addresses and set up my radio stations. It was a pleasure dealing with Jayce. More

Dec 2012 we bought 2013 Honda Accord LX, May 2014 we bought 2014 Honda Civic LX, and July 2 My wife and I went to Galpin for the third year in a row. Dec 2012 we bought 2013 Honda Accord LX, May 2014 we bought 2014 Honda Civic LX, and July 2015 we just bought a 2015 Honda Civic. Each time our experience only keeps getting better. The main reason for coming back is Michael Fogelman. He was the face of Galpin to us in DEC 2012. He represented Galpin well back then and was fantastic this time around as well. He was very informative, listened to what we needed and made the whole buying experience painless. We called to let him know what we were looking for and wanted to look at 2-3 options. We met him at the agreed upon time. He had the cars we wanted to see ready and it took less than 30 min to arrive at a decision. We discussed the price and agreed on it rather quickly (a fantastic deal for us I must say.) All in all each time we can come back we ask for Michael.
