Best Experience I enjoyed my time at Galpin Honda. I especially enjoyed the fact that Alen was so well educated into the different models because the information I go I enjoyed my time at Galpin Honda. Left with a new car and a new friend! We originally came in to test drive the Civic and Insight hybrids. A week went by and we decided we were going to go with the Prius and started shoppi We originally came in to test drive the Civic and Insight hybrids. A week went by and we decided we were going to go with the Prius and started shopping around. Artin remembered that we said we were also looking at the Prius, called us up and we came down to check it out. He was incredibly courteous the entire way, we always felt like he was listening to us and trying to keepnus informed. After we had our financials in order, Artin had us come back in to pick up the car. He was available promptly when we said we would be there and made sure we were comfortable. At no point were we concerned about the process and Artin was very straight up with us. I've done sales in the past and frankly I hate being BS'd, so it was really refreshing dealing with a polite and sincere seller. Really, if not for Artin we wouldn't have driven an hour in rush hour from Santa Monica out to Galpin - there are hundreds of Prius' around. We really wanted to make sure he got the sale because he made us feel appreciated and took our concerns and questions seriously. It really felt like we were buying a car from a friend. (It didn't let me save without picking a pre-entered salesperson.) More

Thanks to Armen we got a new car!! My mom was in the market to get a new car, so I recomended she gets a Honda Accord.
