I purchased a new 2015 Honda CR-V EX L a couple of weeks ago from Galpin Honda. From the start, one of the lowest internet prices from a single e-mail that was not ever taken off the table! Trade in was $1500 above CarMax, financing was 0% and installed accessories were @ a competitive price. Galpin did not have car in stock and there were very few left in So Cal but Chris was able to get the one i wanted in Santa Barbara and was delivered to me in 48 hours. Professional in every sense of the word, a real gentleman and a pleasure to work with every single time.Last but not least... he returns phone calls, e-mails and texts ASAP!!! Thanks again Chris. We went to many dealers and always felt like we were being pushed to buy something. Not here. These 2 men were very knowledgeable and explained everything so we were comfortable in our decision. Not only did we leave with a new car but one we loved and didn't break the bank. Very Pleasant Experience With Ms. Cong! Kathy was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted Galpin from their site about a specific car I saw in their inventory and Kathy called me and confirmed Kathy was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted Galpin from their site about a specific car I saw in their inventory and Kathy called me and confirmed it. A few hours later I was driving the car home after being treated like family by everyone at the dealership. Kathy fulfilled all of my requests and even offered to text me photos of the vehicle before investing time driving out there.
