Upon arriving I was greeted by a professional and knowledgeable salesman named Gilbert Jordan after discussing our needs he showed us this amazing 2015 Honda Accord sport. Gilbert explain all the specs and features thoroughly and answered every single question we had, he offered us a test drive and let's just say not only was this a incredible drive and quiet but I was surprised by the amount of power and space this sporty accord had. I told Gilbert I wanted to see what we can do and 10 minutes later I was presented with several lease and buy options when I saw that I was getting a 4.9 interest rate I knew I wanted this car. After a little wheeling and dealing I can confidently say I am 100% completely satisfied with my purchase. Everyone at Galpin Honda from the secretary to the cashier at the cafe where I got my complimentary lunch was professional and courteous which nowadays is a rarity. Everything about the experience was calm and pleasant. It's been been two days since and I absolutely love this car. The miles per gallon is better than expected and I'm getting compliments from everyone on the vehicle look. Mr Fogelman took the time to point out all the new features of the 2015 Accord such as the blind spot camera, back up camera etc.features we did not have on our 2012 model. He then guided us through the leasing process explaining the details in a very clear easy to understand manner. After the paperwork was complete Mr Fogelman spent ample time making sure we understood how to work all the new features. He was very pleasant and easy going which made my experience that much better and I did not feel pressured at any time. Chaudry really made us feel comfortable and was very considerate, he also offered us beverages and snacks while we waited. While making the deal he was very patient with us and guided us the entire way, although it was a long process we felt very satisfied after it was completed and finalized. We really felt the camaraderie within the dealership which was a big plus and was a major contributing factor into getting our deal done. We Then went on and kindly showed me the different models was very informative, knew his cars which in my book it's a plus that made me feel more at ease ....he offered to take the car for a test run and I feel in love with the car ..we arrive to the lot and from there then we started to walk to his office the part was coming up where I was nervous about but again with the knowledge that he was proving going slow and explains everything and being patient made this experience the best again looking out for my best interested for me we talk about the different options .
