Then I sent a price request through both Consumer Reports and CarsDirect, and started getting calls and emails from dealerships' internet salespeople. Galpin and Chris were very straight-forward. I got a great quote and when I called to confirm and for lease info, he sent me a breakdown of exactly what we would pay out the door and what the terms would be. Well, we went in yesterday morning, ready to walk out if we had to. There was absolutely no need to! Chris is personable, low-key and honest. Everything money-wise went just as he had quoted. I never would have expected that from a car dealership, so we were very happily surprised! I have texted a couple of questions to Chris today (New Year's Eve) and have gotten a response right back from him!
