Bunch of liars under one roof! Wanted to lease a civic. First they get you in, they show you the car, they let you drive it. Then they start playing with you! They first told me $ Wanted to lease a civic. First they get you in, they show you the car, they let you drive it. Then they start playing with you! They first told me $2000 total drive off and a very low monthly payment for 36 months. Then they said.NO. for 24 months. Then they changed it again and said we never told you $2,000. Its $3,000!!! And if that was not enough, now they are trying to give me a totally different car than what I test drove that costs substantially less!!! They also told me about the rebate for new grads but failed to mention 2 year period and did not count my 3 years.! All this was Jamie Danho (sales person) Very disappointed by wasting several days and many phone calls back and forth, I said, I ll think about it. Next, I get a call from a sales manager (Mr. Shawn Harrison). Extremely rude. When I explained him what happened, he carelessly hung up the phone on me!!!! I called to report this to the dealers manager, Mr. Ed Hartoonian. he was not available and I left him a voicemail asking him to call me back. Guess what!! he never did! Bottom line, go anywhere but to GALPIN HONDA. They are a fail. They will waste your time with empty promises, lie to you, disrespect you and laugh in your behind. Dont spend your hard earned money with GALPIN. More

Our salesman, Michael Fogelman, was a dream come true. He flushed all the 'used care salesman' stereotype down the drain. I am, myself a salesman, so I know every technique in the book and there wasn't one moment in our long day when Michael was the least bit 'salesie' with us. Quite the opposite actually. We went in with the intent of buying a Prius. Of course we saw and test drove some sportier cars that were on the lot, but Michael actually kept us on track and ended up steering us back toward the Prius. We did walk out with a Prius and could not be happier. This was the first new car that my wife and I have ever bought from a dealership. We both had our reservations and fears about going to a dealership, but after the amazing experience with Michael, we would recommend (and have to several friends) that everyone looking for a new whip, go see Michael at Galpin. I went to another dealership in the valley that did not listen to my needs ot concerns and just tried to upsell me immediately. I felt like I had wasted 2 hours of my day. I decided to go to Galpin Honda afterwards to see if I would have better luck...and I DID! Michael Fogelman was my sales rep and he was phenomenal. He listened to me. He didn't try to push. He asked all the right questions. When I had a concern or a need from a car that wasn't in the model he showed me, he moved on swiftly and wasn't pushy or annoying. He was attentive, helpful, and extremely nice. The whole exerience was actually quite fun! I ended up leaving with an incredible deal on a 2015 Honda Civic. I left the dealership dancing a little dance and thrilled beyond belief with my choice! Thank you to Michael and to Galpin for helping me see the Silver Lining in this awful car accident experience! Found just the car I was looking for Was looking for a used 2013 Odyssey EX which are not real plentiful. Galpin had one that looked almost new and with reasonable mileage. Was also able to get a very good trade-in on my own car so I didn't have to hassle trying to sell it myself. As usual, the paperwork takes hours, but Galpin had a sandwich shop in the dealership and our representative, Sam Danho, offered me and my wife a complementary drink and sandwich while we waited for processing over the lunch hour. Never had that courtesy when buying a car from anyone else. So overall this was a very good experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and not high-pressure. Very professional. More

Kathy called me back right away and although they didn't have the car we wanted, she found us our 2nd choice of color. She easily obtained us financing and is always checking in on us. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle I was in the market for a specific Honda and visited Galpin before other Honda dealerships in the local area. We were introduced to Silas Gary Jr. an I was in the market for a specific Honda and visited Galpin before other Honda dealerships in the local area. We were introduced to Silas Gary Jr. and he made it very hard for us to leave and search other dealerships because of his great and personable attitude. In the end though, we did visit 4 other Honda dealerships and not only did their selection pale in comparison to Galpin but so did their customer service. Galpin also offers the lifetime warranty on the engine and power train, while even though stipulations are involved, no other dealer compares. Upon arriving back to Galpin later that evening, Silas immediately approached us, answered all of our lingering questions and initiated the buying process. This is the fourth car I have purchased from a dealership and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt it was the smoothest transaction for purchasing a car that I have experienced, from Silas to Jorj, everyone was helpful and wanted to see that our needs were met. Silas, even contacted later on in the week to see how the car was doing and if I needed anything. When it comes to purchasing a car, selection and price are very important but having that customer interaction is the most vital piece of the transaction. More
