Chris goes above and beyond to help you out, even if that means answering 20 questions over email or driving you to the off-site lot because you want that particular blue CR-V. He'll even do research for your mother-in-law who is planning to buy a Honda in a different side of the country. He understands that you've already done your research and never pushes an upsell. As a person who has no patience for salespeople, I have always been pleased when working with Chris at Galpin. I'll be back to see him when my lease is up! More

These guys rock! I just bought a CRV for my wife and our salesman was Joe Mitchell. He was so nice and really cared about what was the right vehicle for her and NOT wh I just bought a CRV for my wife and our salesman was Joe Mitchell. He was so nice and really cared about what was the right vehicle for her and NOT what he could make more money off of. The finance guy was incredibly nice as well. They didn't try to change payments once we got in there. It's probably the most honest dealership I've ever seen. Since my wife has bought the CRV Joe has called a few times to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we had any problems. I then told him I was looking for a VW GTI and Joe told me he could take me over to Galpin VW. Again, it was the same experience, everybody was nice, they were more interested in making sure I was happy with the car, which I was, they gave me a GREAT price and again no hassle. The whole gang at Galpin is so great its really the only place I'll ever buy a car at again. More
