horrible On November 13, 2014 I called Galpin Honda dealership in Mission Hills. I was transferred to Javier in sales. Javier and I went back and forth via tex On November 13, 2014 I called Galpin Honda dealership in Mission Hills. I was transferred to Javier in sales. Javier and I went back and forth via text and over the phone in regards to type of vehicle we were looking for. Javier tells us to come in he has everything ready. We come in two days later on November 15th. Javier does not have anything ready for us he is busy with another deal so he has a coworker help us for him. We received horrible service they took us on a test drive in a car we did not want. It was not the car we asked for. We let Javier know we did not like the service we were receiving and we ended up leaving the dealership. Later I received a text from Javier saying he still wants to help us out. After receiving horrible service we give him a second opportunity. As we go back and forth via text Javier begins to flirt with me asking if he is “cute” I immediately remind him I am a potential client trying to purchase a vehicle. I do not appreciate the flirting I am car shopping not shopping for a date! He straightens up his act after that. We give him another opportunity and come in November 20th. He now has the car we chose we look at it and we decide we want to buy it. We start negotiating process and Javier gives us a number of $27,200. Sounds like a fair price but we still end up leaving because Javier makes it seem unimportant to negotiate or close deal. This morning November 21st, 2014. I receive phone call from Rick Reyes who claims to be a “sales leader” looking over Javier. He asks about our experience the night prior. I let him know our concerns he apologizes and offers to call us back with prices. I immediately call Galpin Honda and request to speak to Sales Manager. I am transferred to Jorge Magana. He lets me know Rick Reyes is only a sales rep not a “sales leader’. This has made me very uncomfortable and even more upset after everything to be receiving phone calls of someone lying ab9out their position at Galpin Honda. Jorge Magana says he will go over it with them but also really doesn’t give it too much importance. I ask him for Hondas corporate phone number, he hesitates but gives me 800-445-1358 which is NOT corporate it is service and you need an account number to get through. I somehow manage to get through to servie and they provide me with American Hondas REAL number. Leonard K. Is very helpful and takes down my complaint. So now I have received horrible service from Javier, I have been lied to by Rick Reyes and the Sales Manager has misled me and purposely gave me false information. I DO NOT trust Galpin Honda and do not recommend anyone go there!!! They have horrible service and are a bunch of liars!! If you want a pleasant car buying experience go elsewhere this dealer will only give you bad service and make you feel like they are trying to rip you off!! More

Lots of selection of every color of Honda, one of the greatest cars made. Have been very happy with Hondas and with Kathy's assistance at Galpin, Mission Hills, we were able to get our 12th Honda in our extended family. She even delivered the vehicle to our door! This was the car I wanted and ONLY the car i wanted. Every dealership I went to before Galpin did not have the car and always tried to sell me on some other car even though I clearly stated I only want that particular car. And If the dealership did have the car, they did not want to give me a fair price on it. Before actually going to Galpin, i called. I was tired of spending countless hours at dealerships talking about nothing! When I called the person who helped me out was G. G is the man! i told him about my situation and he understood exactly where I was coming from. I was ready to buy and did not want a sales pitch. When I actually got to Galpin, I was impressed with their large inventory of vehicles. When i first met G, he was great. Treated me with excellence! G and Yosuf are the best. They offer me drinks and food which none of the dealerships did. What i really respect about G and Yosuf were that they did not try to down treat me due to my age. All of the dealerships I have been to did not take my seriously due to my age. they thought I just wanted a test ride. But G and Yosuf were different. I felt the respect I deserve as a shopper. They both understood that I wanted that specific car and they made the purchasing process easy. I usually do not write reviews but after going through countless dealerships and finally finding one with an excellent inventory and staff, I knew I should let people know. I knew I had to write a review because these guys continue to show me excellent car after i purchased the car. At first i thought i would be ignored once i purchased the car but i was wrong. G and Yosuf treated me like I was ready to buy another car! Customer Service alone deserves 5 stars. I had complications on my contract after i purchased the car and they helped out even though i already signed, we were able to change it up a bit to meet my needs! If you need a Honda or any car as a matter of fact, Not only do you go to Galpin Honda, but you ask for G and Yosuf! More
