It has great responsibility and I was fearful that I was going to get ripped off and have a really hard time getting a new vehicle. With all that said, I went and got an initial quote from a different dealership and felt I was getting taken advantage of. My best friend mentioned that she went to Galpin for her father and said she was happy with the service they received. So then I reached out to Galpin through their website which is so cool because they have a chatting feature on it (and it was super easy to use) and Kathy called me promptly the very next morning. I was able to arrange a meet time and made my way to the dealership. Kathy was friendly and nice. It's important to mention she didn't stink and was well groomed (i know that seems silly, but it does matter) She was super professional without being uptight and offered to allow me to test drive the car. She was honest, to the point, and was able to ask appropriate questions and was able to answer all my question about the specs of the car. After grueling negotiations we were able to come to agreement on a price and payment plan. HOLY COW!!! DID THEY REALLY GIVE ME A DEAL!! Compared to their competitor, I was SHOCKED at how great a price they gave me. SHOCKED!!! They worked with my crappy credit and was able to work something out. I was so happy and thrilled that I jumped up and screamed "I GOT A NEW CAR!!! EVERYONE CLAP!!!!" hahaha and surprisingly everyone in the dealership did clap and I think i scared Kathy. BTW, they have a little cafe with sandwiches and drinks and snacks (ice cream, juices and coffee". You don't really think about it, but you end up being in the dealership for a long time when you decide on buying a car. It's important that you can have access to snacks and not free coffee and popcorn. All in all, I'd recommend Galpin FOR LIFE and can't say enough great things about Kathy!!! #kathycongrocks More

I was first approached by this salesman named Michael something, but he right away went on to another customer without any warning. First impression was that the staff was going to be rude and pushy. But soon after, Diogenes Saragoso or Gee to make it easier, started helping us out. After and hour or so oof going back and forth, Gee did everything he could to get me the best deal. This past month I went back to trade in my civic for a 2014 Accord and I was happy to say that Gee once again came through for me with another great deal. Gee always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, always informative and always a friend. Since my first purchase at Galpin, he's never been the typical salesman with the typical sales pitch. He has charisma, patience and that's what keeps me going back to Galpin Honda. So if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, I would recommend that you work with Gee. More
