Bad experience with Finance manager, David Godina Bad services and bad experiences at this dealership.The finance manager will not return my call after I canceled the maintenance plan. Also cha Bad services and bad experiences at this dealership.The finance manager will not return my call after I canceled the maintenance plan. Also charged me $75 for cancellation fee without telling me upfront. It has been 13 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This finance manager is not helpful. When I asked for my refund, he can not give me the answer . The worst part is that he does not return my phone call when I asked about my refund. I regret that I bought my car here. I returned my cancellation form in person to this finance manager on April 28. I found out later from their financial services that he submitted my cancellation form on July 21. What is he doing? More
