After night had fallen, and midnight had neared, we did not have all of our documentation with us so, going above and beyond, Chaundry joined us in our journey home so we could complete the process of becoming new car owners. Galpin Honda's Dream Team I had a good buying experience with the team at Galpin Honda of Mission Hills. My Sales Consultant Silas Gary Jr. was a great help from the pre-purcha I had a good buying experience with the team at Galpin Honda of Mission Hills. My Sales Consultant Silas Gary Jr. was a great help from the pre-purchase stage all the way through the post purchase stage. It's a tough decision making a car purchase; however, I am glad I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord (Hybrid Touring) from Galpin Honda. Chris from the finance team also worked out the financial numbers to get me the best rate, since I don't have perfect tier #1 credit, I was told that Honda Motors financed me as a favor to this dealership due to the high volume of Honda sales, and this I did verify because other Honda dealerships were asking for double the finance rate offered by Galpin Honda. After thinking about Galpin's offer for a couple of days, I texted my Sales consultant to his cell phone and asked him to set aside the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership about 20 minutes after my text, Salis Gary Jr. had the vehicle washed, and the documents prepared for signing. Even though Salis Gary Jr. was busy attending another customer he addressed my needs with no hesitation. Even the signing of the contract was a positive experience, the Finance Sales Associate Farzin Rofagha, clearly explained the conditions of the contract, and with great detail explained the optional services such as Honda Care, and GAP Advantage. After signing all of the documents, I was ready to go, but had I no one to drive home the vehicle I purchased because I had driven to the dealership in my SUV, so my Sales consultant drove and delivered the vehicle to my home. It seems that the team at Galpin Honda work and communicate well with each other. All my questions, and concerns were answered, and addressed promptly. I would recommend Galpin Honda of Mission Hills to my friends and family. So Salis, Chris, and Farzin keep up the good service and one day Galpin Honda will be the #1 Honda dealership in the USA. He showed me all the options. my credit was ok no too high no too low, but Chaudry helped me a lot to find an excellent deal.
