Above and beyond Customer Service After visiting several dealerships in and around the Van nuys/North Hills/Mission Hills area and getting the run around, I was getting ready to stop s After visiting several dealerships in and around the Van nuys/North Hills/Mission Hills area and getting the run around, I was getting ready to stop searching for a 2014 Accord. Then, I came across Galpin Honda in Mission Hills and as soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Jorge. Jorge was friendly and proffesional but most of all he was honest. He ensured me of what I was getting into and made sure the process went smoothly. He was persistent but not to the point where I as a customer felt like I didn't have the final say. Jorge even stayed late after his shift with the finance manager and even contacted me a couple of weeks later to see how I was enjoying my new ride. That shows there are still great car sales man out there and that's how future referrals are handed. Alen Bagdasaryan, our sales consultant for the last two purchases has been a great help in giving us advice on what to purchase and working with us to give us the best deal possible. I have shopped around at other dealers in the past and you get promises of the best deal, but when it comes to actually having the model and package and color you want, they don't have it and ask you to compromise. Galpin, I have found holds a large inventory (I guess they're buying power is much larger) and I have found the exact model and package and color I've always wanted. On the service side, I really like their service department (which is open on Saturday's as that's the only days I can take my cars in). Very professional service team, clean, fast and love the washed clean car you get at the end. I usually ask for Ed if he's there as he already knows me and my cars and doesn't keep me waiting too long. The cars I purchased from Galpin are a 2013 Civic HF, 2011 Odyssey EXL-RES, 2014 Odyssey Touring. More
