Awesome dealership I visit this dealership all the way from downtown Los Angeles because I've heard this was a good dealership. Last year I purchase a 2013 Honda odyssey from downtown honda and knowing now what I know about Galpin honda I should have gone there first. So this time I was looking for a Honda civic because I wanted a small car that was good on gas. So I decided to go to galpin since the first minute I got there the service was awesome. The salesman Jorge Sanchez approach us and I told him what I was looking for and in 5 minutes since I got there I was already test driving the car I wanted. After that I was convince that I was going to take that car. The process after was so fast and I got the deal I wanted I have to thank Jorge now I have a car that looks good and it runs good from now on when someone is looking for a honda I'm going to recommend this and only this dealership and Jorge Sanchez More

Great Experience with the Vehicle Exchange Team Jennifer and Frank from the Vehicle Exchange Team are amazing people to work with. I worked with Frank for three months asking questions and talking about what my best options would be coming out of a lease with a car that has negative equity. Although he's a busy guy, he's a man of his word when it comes to responding to your questions. The day I came in to exchange, I met with Jennifer who was also amazing. Frank kept her in the loop of things, so it was easy to talk to her about my current situation. She helped me all the way through, and she's one of the nicest people you could meet with a great smile. Although the weekend I went was completely busy, Frank and Jennifer went out their way to make sure I was ok and received great hospitality. At the end, I drove off with a new 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6. What an amazing car! For those who are reading this, I would definitely recommend Galpin Honda. Great service and great cars. Me? Not so much. I was stressed. Super stressed. If it wasn't for my salesman (Josh L.) I probably would have had a break down. He was very friendly throughout the entire process, never pressured me, and explained everything along the way. When I didn't see the car of my dreams on my first visit he took the time out to track one down elsewhere on the lot and kept me updated along the way. I ended up cruising out in the exact car I wanted, at a great price, and not feeling beaten down like I had in prior car buying experiences.
