First car buyer This was the first new car I have ever purchased. That said, I was cautious and did a substantial amount of research. Not only did Sam Danho beat all the other dealer's prices, he made the experience great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point. The salesman I spoke with at various other dealers yanked me around by promising this or that, saying whatever they could to get me committed. Sam stated what kind of discount I would receive before I even showed up or had my credit run, and stuck to it. Even days after making the sale, it is apparent he values his customers (past and present). He has strong character and I am happy I chose to do business with him. I also would like to mention Joe Halpert, Finance Manager. This man truly completed my wonderful first time experience. He was kind, funny, energetic, and sharp. He crunched numbers several times to arrive at a warranty and maintenance package that fit my best interests. I would highly recommend seeing him when it comes time to sign on the dotted line.
