The Galpin Team is Amazing! We had been looking for a new car since our 15 year old Saturn went out of commission. We had wasted money on repairs before calling it quits, which w We had been looking for a new car since our 15 year old Saturn went out of commission. We had wasted money on repairs before calling it quits, which we regretted since we could have used it to put into a larger down payment. We were working with a budget so when we went in, we were a little worried about how affordable the car would be. Our neighbor had referred us and said we should be taken care of and he was right! Everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel like VIP. We had gone to other dealerships before and always felt pressured to make a purchase because the salespeople would be pushy. But we didn't feel that way at Galpin Honda. We were lucky to meet Joe Mitchell, who was easy going and very patient. Even though we had already researched and test driven the CR-V before, he still went over all the features (which allowed us to learn things we didn't know due to his knowledge and expertise) and encouraged us to test drive it again since the freeway was right there. So we did and were able to see the true potential of the car. We were also fortunate to meet Rubik Hartoonian and chat with him about what we were looking for as well as our concerns, after which he told us that he would get us the best price and take care of us. He definitely kept his word! During the paperwork process, Joe was great and constantly checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Finance was being just a tiny bit difficult, but once we established our boundaries, it went a lot smoother. After it was said and done, Joe escorted us to our new purchase, helped set things up, and get us familiar with the car. We are so thankful for our experience there and are still so thrilled with our new ride! Thank you to the Galpin team, especially Joe Mitchell and Rubik Hartoonian!
