A Very Positive Experience!! We recently purchased a Honda Fit from Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. Before I give my review, I want to say that on a scale of 1 to 10, the experien We recently purchased a Honda Fit from Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. Before I give my review, I want to say that on a scale of 1 to 10, the experience was a 12!! Where do I start. My husband and I needed to purchase a car after our 23 year old truck died. My husband said we should go to Galpin Honda first to check out the cars, because of the good reputation of the dealership. He was so right. We walked in and immediately we were approached by Martin Teymouri. We told him what we were looking for. He gave us a place to sit down while he brought out one of their cars. We fell in love with it. Martin went over the basic functions of the car. We did the test drive and everything from then on was extremely positive. Martin walked us through the entire process. We sat down with him and he went over the purchase step by step . What we loved most about Martin was how very professional he was and he explained everything including answering all our questions. If we didn't understand something, he would go over it again. Martin does not fall into the old fashioned style of selling. He is very low key and at the same time he's doing his job to sell you a car without the high pressure salesmanship. Martin should teach classes on how to approach and deal with people. He enjoys what he does and it reflects on how he conducts himself. He makes you feel like you are a valued customer and not just another commission on his resume. We were given check-off lists of what was done before we even got the car, to make sure that the outside and inside of the car was inspected and cleaned. Before we drove off, Martin again went over the basics before we drove off the lot. We had a couple of questions in the first few days, so we called Martin and he returned our calls to answer our questions. He even called us a week later to see how we like the car. Of course, we are crazy about it. It's just perfect for us. We can call him whenever we have a question. If you do go to Galpin Honda in Mission Hills, please ask for Martin Teymouri. The beginning was not that good. My girlfriend and I showed up from another dealership expecting to be referred and given a great sales rep, but that was not thr case. She wasn't very helpful. She ended up telling us that she needed to go and just dropped another sales rep on us. The new salesman name was Erik Marton. Great personality and good work ethic.  Excellent business man and professional. He diffused a bad experience into a great and memorable one for my girlfriend and I.  It was a Friday night which means its really busy. He stayed with us till the end. We left at 11:30 pm and he still took time to answer all of our questions. Great company and I HIGHLY recommend Galpin Honda. More
