I went into Galpin Honda to purchase a new car and return my leased car. I had went a week prior to find out what I needed to do and was greeted by a lovely gentleman, Chaudry, outside who said I needed reg my leased car. I had went a week prior to find out what I needed to do and was greeted by a lovely gentleman, Chaudry, outside who said I needed registration form to turn in the leased car so a week later I came back with my dad and aunt to purchase a car and turn in the leased car. Chaudry was there and took car of my family and myself. He was very nice. He took me out to test drive the car I wanted. He was very patient with my father and with my aunt even through the language barrier because my aunt spoke little English. He would talk to my dad and the manager to get us the best deal he could. He brought the exact car over from a different lot. And when we waited he asked us if we wanted drinks water soda anything. And all the way to the end he was so great with us! I grabbed his card and will definitely recommend my friends to go to him! He called back the following day to make sure I was doing great with my brand new car! Definitely great customer service!
