I've been on a search for a car for over two months and no car would come across my way. As soon as we shook hands he said "I'll do my very best to see if we can get you a car by today!" right away my family and I felt comfortable. Angel Arias was one of the most understanding person we can meet and made us feel secure about our decisions. I gave a rating of 5 for GREAT because we came out with a car we were fully satisfied on and the dealership itself was full of smiles and friendliness. For every small question we had it was answered within seconds. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I come across that needs a car. I wanted a CRV with navigation system. Tabitha was very pleasant, great smile. We chatted a bit and she gave me the price and the lease deal; and without even negotiating, what she gave me matched the lowest quote I got online from another dealership. I wanted a specific color and they didn't have it in stock. So Tabitha drove to Oxnard and picked up the car of the color I wanted. And I went to pick it up in just a couple of days. The whole process from making an appointment to see Tabitha to choosing the color to financing was quick and easy. More
